Ordering
- Please allow a minimum of 1 week for delivery, so that your prints may be inspected and signed by the artist.
- If you are unhappy with your prints you have 30 days from receipt to return them and receive a refund minus shipping/handling costs.
- Please be aware that images are not matted or framed.
- "Size" means the entire paper dimensions. "Image area" refers to the actual space the photo, or image, occupies. All pictures are printed with an image area smaller than the overall print size and are bottom-weighted. This gives the print white borders which frame the image area and allows you to avoid the cost of matting the image while retaining a finished look. The print is ready to be framed as-is! The example shown below illustrates the size of the print, as well as the image area and white borders:
For instance, if the print size shown above was 11 x 14, the image area would be approximately 8.5 x 11.75. These measurements may differ for each individual image depending on original film and crop size.
